The crow chakra is also known as Sahasrara which means “a thousand petals”. In Indian traditions the “crown” is placed above the head, but in the traditional seven chakras it’s believed to be on top of the head.
The color most associated with this chakra is violet. It is also known to change colors as a shimmering rainbow of colors pass through it. It’s located at the top of the head. The inner aspect of the crown chakra is the release of karma. Meditation is the main physical action and universal consciousness is the mental action.
The function of this chakra is to symbolize the balance of duality within us and our ability to experience super-consciousness, and then the bliss of transcendental consciousness (the void). Or finding a place of pure consciousness. A great way to understand this better, is to enter a deep meditation, where you can let go of everything and find peace.
You might have an overburdened mind due to suppressed thought or feelings and this could lead to headaches. You might be bottling up anger or emotions and that could in turn cause high blood pressure or stress. That is also linked with the heart chakra.
