Stress is something we all deal with in life. Some of deal with stress and stressful situations on a daily basis. Some of us also handle stress and stressful situations differently. Stress is cause by a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. It can cause our bodies and mind to go into a “fight or flight” response. Which causes hormones such as adrenaline to pump through your body, which causes us to become “Stressed”.
Living a stressful life can become very damaging to your mind and body if you don’t take care of yourself. You can become very sick from too much stress. You don’t want to do anything when you feel stressed out after a long day at work or any other stressful situation you might find yourself in. All you really have to do is find ways that work for you to help manage your stress. Keep in mind though this might be a harder path than others. What works for one person might not work for you. Find what works for your lifestyle, so with that in mind let’s look at some way you can handle stress in daily life

One big thing is making sure you’re taking care of yourself. That means eating as healthy as you can, drinking plenty of water, and exercise. I know most of us think that’s just too much to add into my daily life already. It’s really not; try for just a week to go without caffeine and more water and see if you don’t feel better and a little less stressed. Too much caffeine can be a factor in why you feel stressed all the time and also tired. It’s also not health for your body to have that much caffeine. Too much caffeine leads to us feeling jittery, stress, tired all day and awake at night. Try this one small thing for a week and see if you don’t start to feel different.
Exercise or yoga are also great for managing your stress. I know it can be hard to fit these things into your daily routine. With someone forms of exercise you don’t have to fit it in everyday like, if you are going to the gym and hit the weights. Even if you are a few simple stretches can help you feel less tight in the shoulder, back, and any other place you carry stress. Doing a simple 30 minute workout any time you can fit it in your day is going to be better for you than not doing it. You just have to make the time for you.
That’s another way to manage your stress, time management. Just figuring out the next morning could help you get a start into better organizing your life. It always helps to know when things are going to happen instead of last minute remembering that doctor’s appointment. Being organized with your day- to-day life can help tons with not feeling like you’re forgetting something all the time. Or wondering if you remembered to do that one earns or chore. Having a notebook, planner, or some app for your phone, these are simple steps to helping yourself feel more in control of your life.
One big one that help you feel the stress melt away of course is massage. It’s perfect for those stressful times, when you just need quit and you time. It takes care of all those tight area where you care the stress. It helps you have a moment to yourself, which most of us don’t offend do. It helps us sort our thoughts. It even helps with getting a small nap in while in the table.
There are so many ways out there to help you manage your stress and feel more control of your life. Some people might find essential oil really help them out in stressful times. Which lavender is my go to oil when I’m feeling super stressed. You can trying different breathing and meditation techniques to help refocus on the issues at hand.
