You might be asking yourself “What is ‘Earthing’ or ‘Grounding’, how to do I go about doing it, and what benefits can I really get from it?” Earthing refers to making physical contact with the earth by, simply walking barefoot or making direct contact with earth’s surface. In doing so you take in the natural frequencies pulsating throughout the surface of the earth. What that means is you are taking in earths subatomic particles which are called electrons. The earth puts out a negatively charged pulsation that we can take in by simply make direct contact with the earth’s surface either by walking barefoot outside, gardening (getting your hands in the dirt), or it can simply be laying on the beach with your toes in the sand. However you decided to reconnect with earth just remember it’s not only good for you energy level but, it has so many wonderful benefit for your health and healing properties.
Earthing allows a fast number of electrons into the body that then gives you wonderful benefit such as; Boosting immune responses to injury and disease, generating ATP ( Adenosine Triphosphate – Energy is moved throughout cells), and Promoting physiological efficiency (Natural Grounding State). Those are just some major benefit it can do for you. It also reduces inflammation in injuries, makes you feel happy and helps you sleep better. All of these are problems will all have or have experienced at some point in our lives. It’s simple on how to fix, cheap and beneficial to your health. All you have to do is go outside and put your feet in the grass, dirt, water or whatever you chose to do.
I know I can say I have benefited from Earthing most my life and didn’t’ even realize till now. I’m one of those people who walked around barefoot all the time at home. I can’t stand to wear shoes or socks and I never have. Ever since I was a small child to teenager till adult hood I have loved walking around outside barefoot. Now looking back on how much energy I use to have as a child and teenage to now as an adult, I wonder if Earthing had a large part to do with that. I know being young also helps with that too but, what I’m talking about is I can see a difference in my mood and all around body when I spend time outdoors connecting with earth. Just think back to the last time you spent time outdoor without shoes on or walked barefoot through a creek. When I think back on those times I remember being super happy and excited to be outside. I felt more energized and healthy.
I know most aren’t going to be believers of this at first but, it’s so simple to test out on your own. Why not take an hour out of your day each week to just sit outside barefoot in the grass? Do your very own experiment on if it helps you in some way. Do you feel more energized? Have you started to sleep better? Do you feel happier? Maybe you have a bad back or some type of injury, sit outside and see if you doesn’t help you. No, Earthing will not cure or get rid of any illness or disease. Please don’t stop medicine if you are taking any. This is not a cure but, more of a helper or booster to your system. You are getting the electrons back into your body and they store themselves for later use. The more you go outside and get that negative charge from the earth the better you will feel. Plus who doesn’t love to go outside. If you happen to not like the outdoors you can purchase grounding mats for inside your house. Going about it that way will cost you money. It’s a simple search to find out about grounding mats and how to purchase them. Also do your own research on Earthing. I think you will surprisingly happy with the outcome of Earthing and what it can bring to your life.
